Febol & GKK Nig. Ltd was incorporated in 1994 as a Limited Liability Company with RC No. 240034. It commenced its Professional Cleaning, Janitorial, Fumigation/Pest Control and Gardening Services in the year 2003.

Within this period, we have established a niche for ourselves in the Corporate World of Excellent cleaning services which is in tandem with our corporate mission i.e

Work Plan & Methodology

- We have the latest cleaning machines of diverse functions and trained personnel (operatives) at our disposal.
- In every location, we deploy the relevant machines and required number of trained operatives, with a pin-down supervisor.
- Provision of appropriate tools and safety gadgets that guarantee personal, environmental and health safety at all times.
- Training & re-training exercise is a cornerstone of our operations.
- The location supervisor takes custody of machines and materials and is responsible for effective control of operatives on site and efficient discharge of cleaning duties.
- Cleaning requirements for one month duration are supplied at the beginning of each month and placed in the custody of the pin-down supervisor.
- Maintenance of well-equipped First Aid Box at every location/site in addition to hospital retainership for personnel.
- There is also a field coordinator based in the Head Office or nearby branch office who pays regular visits to locations to assess performance, determine needs and certify quality assurance.
- Apart from routine cleaning, each location carries out general washing/cleaning of sites at least once a month - usually on a non-working day, i.e Saturday or Sunday as the case may be.
- Supervisor at each location has a company mobile phone for effective communication.
- The MD/C.E.O pays regular visits to all locations for first hand performance assessment.
- Safety is highly emphasized in our day-to-day operations, therefore each operative is provided with the correct tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- All staff are covered by Workman Compensation & Fidelity Insurance.
